Tutoring Appointment Policy
Coaching and tutoring services are free and open to all enrolled students. To ensure fair access to services and the effective use of staff time, students are expected to manage appointments responsibly.
Students are permitted up to three (3) no-shows and four (4) cancellations per semester term. A no-show is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without prior notice. A cancellation is defined as canceling an appointment in advance.
Students who exceed either limit may lose the ability to schedule additional appointments for the remainder of that semester term. Scheduling privileges will be restored at the start of the next semester term.
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that situations come up that prevent a student from keeping an appointment, and we do not want to penalize any student for unavoidable cancellations. Students who experience extenuating circumstances may request a review.
Students are encouraged to communicate as soon as possible if extenuating circumstances prevent them from attending a scheduled appointment.
