Mission:
To provide a targeted approach to improve overall campus wellness by providing low
barrier to entry activities that address all facets of wellness in a progressive and
comprehensive manner.
What is wellness?
Wellness is the intersection of physical, mental, spiritual, social, and emotional
well-being. This means that each dimension should be addressed through various methods
in order for the campus community, students, and faculty/staff to have all of the
tools necessary to improve wellness as a whole.
