Career & Major Exploration

Career Counseling is available for students who are undecided or uncertain about their major. An Advising Coordinator is available to help students decide on an educational and career path that is right for them. 

If you are undecided about your major, take these career assessments to match your personality, values and interests to careers. Your results will ideally help you identify a career path that would be fulfilling and energizing.

Program Changes

If you have already started classes at York Tech and are considering changing your major, please make an appointment with your Academic & Career Coordinator in Navigate > Appointments > My Team.

If you want to change to a certificate or degree in the same field as your current program, you can email AcademicAdvising@yorktech.edu to request the program change.
