Grade Reports

Grade Reports

Students may access their unofficial academic record through Navigate by logging in with their assigned student username and password. This record provides detailed information on coursework, grades, and academic progress and is intended for personal reference. Grade reports are term specific and do not include all your academic history. If you need a report of your academic history, you will need to order a transcript. For official purposes, students should request an official transcript.

Instructions for Requesting a Grade Report

If you are a current student and do not need an official copy of your grade report, you can access your grades by following the steps below:

  1. Log into Navigate using your assigned username and password.
  1. Click on the “Resources” tab, then select “Places."
  2. Under the list of Resources, click on “2. Academic."
  3. Select “Grades."
  4. Once the link populates, click on the grade report link.
  5. Choose the academic term for view grades you would like to view.
  6. To print, click “Print” and check the box next to the desired term.

Current and former students may request an Official Grade Report reflecting the coursework and grades for a specific completed academic term. To obtain this report, students must complete the Grades Report form and submit it directly to the Registrar’s Office. Official Grade Reports are often required for purposes such as tuition reimbursement programs or other third-party verification needs.
