Receive Credit for Your Military Training and Experience

If you have gained valuable knowledge while participating in the Military through your service and training, you may be eligible to receive college credit for both the training courses you completed and the military occupations you held while serving in the armed services.

If this is you, you are one step closer to obtaining a credential through York Technical College. York Technical College uses the credit recommendations of the American Council on Education for the Evaluation Experiences earned while in the Armed Services. Through our partnership with ACE, York Technical College can provide a formal evaluation of your experiences whether you were in the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Department of Defense, Marine Corps or Navy. If you served in one of these military branches or completed coursework through Air University or the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), please request your official transcript using the instructions below.

How to Request an Official Air University or CCAF Transcript

For military training and experiences earned through the Air Force or Air University, you will need to submit an official transcript through Parchment, which serves as the central hub for both Air University and Community College of the Air Force (CCAF). The CCAF transcript reflects college-level credit and progress toward an Associate of Applied Science degree, including technical training and applicable professional military education. The Air University transcript documents completion of professional military education and leadership courses completed through Air University schools and centers.
