Facilities Management
The Facilities Management department is responsible for maintaining 118.9 acres of land and a total of 22 buildings. Our facilities team of 47 works together daily to provide groundskeeping, maintenance, custodial, and security to the main campus and several off-site locations.
The department responds to a wide variety of service requests, averaging approximately 30 work orders each day and around 3,000 annually. Each request is prioritized and then scheduled based on the college needs. Services include issuing keys, reserving state and rental vehicles for travel, archive storage, energy management, recycling, event set-ups, and more.
