The library is located in the Anne Springs Close Learning Commons.  We offer great services and resources, but in an innovative and exciting new facility.  In accordance with York Technical College’s mission to Transform Lives and Elevate Communities Through the Fearless Pursuit of Excellence in Student Success, Anne Springs Close Library’s mission is to provide access to current and relevant materials, resources, and services that support the institutional mission of excellence in student success; to meet the needs of all students, faculty and staff, and to ensure a rewarding and successful library experience through exceptional staffing and facilities.
