The College has also been rezoned as a Planned Educational District which provides the ability to further promote the creation of an environment that fosters student success through both casual, spontaneous interaction, and structured learning environments. Other enhancements that have been incorporated into the campus include: York Technical College monument, new Way Finding signage program, as well as the addition of a loop road to improve vehicular and pedestrian safety.
