    Columbia College has partnered with York Technical College to offer students the opportunity to earn a bachelor's degree from Columbia College by attending classes on the York Tech campus. This is a great "next step" for students who earn an associate degree from York Tech and want to continue their education while remaining in the area.

                            • B.A. in Human Services

                              This program prepares students to help people meet basic physical and emotional needs in careers such as social work, counseling, advocacy or nonprofit management. A human services professional may provide direct services to clients, supervise personnel, administer programs or develop policies. 

                              B.A. in Business Administration

                              Business Administration is designed to combine business fundamentals with real world applications and prepares students to work in an environment that is competitive and continuously changing. 

                              B.A. in Community and Organizational Leadership

                              This degree builds upon the associate degree you earned and makes you a more valuable employee in whatever area of employment you choose. You will learn to effectively work as part of a collaborative team and use your skills to help identify and define solutions that can improve the performance of your organization. You will be equipped to participate in the planning and execution of change within your organization, while helping to minimize the conflict that can result. You will be able to provide leadership as you work to achieve organizational goals. Your coursework will help you improve your verbal and non-verbal interpersonal and organizational communication skills. You will learn how to interpret research and data and use that information for writing correspondence to governmental writing, business writing, informal and formal reports, and interoffice communications. This is the degree that can help you take your career, in whatever field you choose, to the next level.   

                              Program Details

                              • Minimum GPA requirement is 2.5 on a 4.0 scale from earned AA(S) degree, in specific majors.

                              • Classes are delivered in a hybrid style of in-class and/or online.

                              • Financial Aid is available. Columbia College's FAFSA code is 003430.

                              • All bachelor’s degrees are 120 credit hours and include credits transferred from York Technical College.

                              • Transfer course work must include: ENG 101, an approved math, and a 4-credit natural science lab science before completing your degree.
