If you do not
attend the Orientation or meet with your instructor by the 10th day of
classes, you will be withdrawn from your class. You also must make
contact with your instructor during the first and second week of class.
Distance Learning
telecourses are the same as classes taught on the main campus except for
the method by which they are delivered. Telecourses are designed for
home and off-campus use and contain the same content as an on-campus
class. Some of the Telecourses combine prepackaged videotaped
instruction with textbooks, study guides, and instructor support. Some
of the Telecourses are textbook-based. Students who are self-motivated,
self-directed, and independent learners will benefit from this form of
instructional delivery. Admission, registration, and tuition are the
same as for classes on the main campus.
