York Technical College Announces Its Educators of the Year

ROCK HILL—Three members of the York Technical College faculty and staff were recently named winners of South Carolina Technical Education Association (SCTEA) Educator of the Year Awards.

The winners in each category were:

• Administrator/Manager: Carolyn Stewart, Executive Vice President for Academic & Student Affairs
  
• Teaching: Ginger Dewey, Distance Learning Department Manager
  
• Staff: Candee Brakefield, Benefits Manager

The winners will be recognized at the annual SCTEA conference later this week and will also serve as the college's nominees for statewide awards.
