The Entrepreneur Network to Host Event with 20-Year-Old Entrepreneur
and Writer

ROCK HILL—The
Entrepreneur Network (EN) and York Technical College will host an
evening with 20-year-old entrepreneur and writer Ben Casnocha on
Tuesday, February 17. The event is free of charge. Casnocha is the
author of My
Start-Up Life: What a (Very) Young CEO Learned on His Journey
Through Silicon Valley, and he
serves on the board of Comcate Inc., the leading e-government
technology firm he founded six years ago.
In
2006, BusinessWeek named Casnocha one of America's best young
entrepreneurs. In 2004, PoliticsOnline ranked him among the "25 most
influential people in the world of Internet and politics." The
Silicon Valley Business Journal named his blog one of the "Top 25 in
Silicon Valley." His work has been featured by hundreds of media
outlets around the world, including CNN and USA Today. He is also a
commentator for public radio's "Marketplace."
Casnocha will speak on the topic of "Entrepreneurship as a Life Idea—Becoming
CEO of Your Own Life." The event will be held
from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Baxter Hood Center with a book
signing from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. While there is no charge for the
event, participants are asked to register for planning purposes at

The Entrepreneur Network

Entrepreneur Network (EN) is a networking organization that consists
of entrepreneurs and small business owners from York, Chester and
Lancaster counties. York Technical College established this
organization in June 2007. The purpose of the organization is to
