We are all leaders. We all come in contact with people who are influenced by us. Being able to influence people in positive ways is an essential tenant of leadership. Whether you are a formal or informal leader, your effectiveness is dependent on having the right tools in hand for the right situation.

· For those who need to brush up on specific skills, we offer 3-hour short courses to fit every need.

· For those who want a more comprehensive development opportunity, we offer a Performance Management Certificate, particularly suited for those who supervise and evaluate the performance of others.
